Camp Lookout in Montrose is owned and operated by the Iowa Branch and has been in continuous operation since 1927. Week 3 campers gather at the front gate for this group picture. Each night a campfire, songs and prayers are held at "the Point" overlooking the Mississippi.
Pat Latty of The King's Daughters Home and What-So-Ever Circle of Burlington
is shown presenting a check to Kay Wilson (left), Iowa Branch Treasurer,
a welcome gift to help with renovations of a new pool liner and steps
for the swimming pool at Camp Lookout. Campers will be enjoying the new
pool updates at their weekly sessions June 20th through July 30th. Several
shorter weekend sessions are also held for younger campers.
