NEW
YORK and NORTH CAROLINA BRANCHES NEW YORK BRANCH News from the Ministering Circle:
What fun it is to bring together all our years forays into Bargain Stores and Support Shoppes and Household Sales! We enjoy the fruits of our labors within our little Ministering Circle as we prepare and box and ship Samaritans Purse childrens shoeboxes! We also send postal boxes of baby layettes and hand-knit little blankets and mittens to several sanctioned Indian Reservations: St. Labre, St. Francis and Four Corners. We love to visualize the little babies dressed in our clothing, or the delight on the childrens faces as they play with or cuddle new warm mittens or hats or puzzles or little toys and books. Often we get heartfelt thank yous from the dedicated people who administer the reservation schools and live out on the prairie or up in the mountains where the winter winds blow chill. We thank the New York branch for giving us money to cover shipping costs, at their September convention.

NORTH CAROLINA BRANCH The two Durham King's Daughters Circles, Sara Barker and Sheltering Home, will have two named suites in the newly expanded Ronald McDonald House pictured below.
Since 1980, the Ronald
McDonald House of Durham has allowed families to focus on the health and
well-being of their critically ill children by keeping families together
who are in need of a community of hope, comfort, and empathy. The Sara
Barker and Sheltering Home Circles are proud to provide financial assistance
to this most worthy cause.
