The North American Indian Department contributes to missions dedicated to improving the lives of Native Americans. A brief description of each of these projects may be found by clicking here.

Branches and Circles support many projects in their own locales -

including hospitals, nursing homes, and senior apartments:

Several hospitals have been built and continue to be operated by The King's Daughters and Sons. The King's Daughters Hospital and Health Services in Madison, Indiana, is a not-for-profit 115 bed facility and contains Radiation and Medical Oncology, the Diabetes Care Center and the Wound Ostomy Continence Therapy Clinic.The hospital also owns and operates The Madison Clinic and Madison Internal Specialists.
